Q: What size should I order, or how does a specific item tend to run?
A:  For any sizing information please refer to our Sizing Guide for a general guideline. We add any unique characteristics that a piece has in the description of each item, feel free to check there for additional information regarding sizing for a particular item.

Q: Can I exchange my item if I purchased the incorrect size?
A: Unfortunately, due to the very limited quantity of each style, we are unable to offer size exchanges; however, we will happily provide you a gift card code for your return, and if the correct style and size is available you may use that code to purchase that specific item.

Shipping

Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
A: Once your order is submitted, our Whiskey Rose Boutique team works super hard to ensure that your order is packed ASAP, so you can get looking fabulous! Please allow 48-72 hours for us to process your order, you will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped!

Q: Can my order be tracked?
A: Yes! Once you have successfully submitted your order you will be provided with a tracking number that is unique to your package.

Order

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, plus debit cards. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or any direct bank transfers.

Q: I need to change something in my order, how can I do that?
A: If you need to change anything within your order please email us at shop@whiskeyroseboutique.com as soon as possible with your requested changes. Our team works fast to process your orders and even faster to pack them, therefore we cannot change anything within your order after 48 hours.

Returns

**For any questions regarding returns please refer to the Return policy sheet that is enclosed with your package.**

Q: I lost the Return Policy slip that came within my package and I need to return something, where can I get another one?
A: For an additional Return Policy form, please visit our Shipping & Returns page OR email us as quickly as possible at shop@whiskeyroseboutique.com and we will provide you with an extra form.

General

Q: An item is out of stock, what should I do?
A: At Whiskey Rose we strive to provide every woman with individual and unique sense of style; therefore, we only carry a limited quantity of each item. If an item is out of stock that most likely means that all of the particular item has already sold.

Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: Yes! We actually started out as a brick & mortar boutique exclusively; however, our social media presence began to expand nationwide and we had many individuals pining for our clothing who couldn't make it in, so we decided to bring the store to them! You can visit our boutique in small town Frankfort, Indiana! There is a lot of fun shops and restaurants to check out - all within walking distance. 

Q: Can my payment methods be split?
A: Unfortunately, our system does not allow payment methods to be split at this time. The exception to this is if you have a GIFT CARD CODE issued by our website and the amount does not cover the full total.n this instance, the full amount of your GIFT CARD CODE will be used and then you will be able to enter additional payment information.

Q: Do you have gift cards?
A: No, not at this time. It is a feature we will be adding in the future!
